and cumin, served with Basmati rice.

Fresh pasta filled with scallions, leeks and cilantro, served with yogurt-garlic
sauce and topped with a mildly spiced tomato and onion sauce, and sprinkled
with mint flakes.
Kabuli Palaw - $9.50
A generous portion of Basmati rice cooked in the oven in a special blend
of saffron, black pepper, cardamom, coriander and cumin, topped with raisins,
nuts and julienned carrots.

Eggplant sauteed and simmered in a lightly spiced tomato-based sauce,

Tender fillet of chicken marinated overnight in yogurt, turmeric, garlic
and a touch of cayenne pepper.

Beginning with two bowls of Ash followed by a combination platter of Seekh Kebab and Kebab Murgh, served with Basmati rice, salata, Afghan Bread, Badenjan Borani. Includes two Firni for dessert. You may substitute Bara Kebab (lamb) for an additional $12.00.
